SC810 is one of the most cost-effective members of Xinggong micro fully integrated Hall current sensor product line. The main differential output mode is convenient for later stage application. Its ultra wide dynamic detection capability supports customers to detect current range as low as 1a and as high as 30A. Under the condition of insulation and isolation, it can realize the detection of load current. It is suitable to replace other passive or discrete sensor detection schemes such as power resistance, linear optocoupler, transformer, etc. The left figure shows the typical application of sc810d (R) ft and sc810fft.
The characteristic parameters are defined as follows
VREF is equal to the static bias output value of viout, that is, the viout value when IP = 0A,
The relationship between viout and VREF follows the following formula:
Viout = IP * sensitivity + VREF, where IP is the primary current.
When sc810dft * * F5 is used, the VREF constant output is fixed at 2.5V, and the driving capacity is greater than 3mA;
When sc810 FFT * * B5 is used, VREF has a constant output of 0.5Vcc and a driving capacity of more than 3mA;
When sc810dft * * U5 is used, VREF has a constant output of 0.1vcc and a driving capacity of more than 3mA;
When sc810dft * * i5 is used, VREF is in input mode, and its voltage can be changed to 0.5v-2.6v by using external input voltage.
