SC840 is a new member of Xinggan micro fully integrated current sensor product line. It is the first fully integrated current detection chip in the industry that can pass 20KA / 8us lightning surge test. With the world's first packaging technology, this product achieves a current wire impedance as low as 0.2mΩ on a 10 mm * 11 mm * 2.3 mm wide body sop-16 package, which can be applied to power systems requiring continuous measurement up to 100A Xinggan micro's SC840 series is an isolated current detection chip based on open-loop Hall sensor detection principle.

By introducing the current wire at the high voltage side into the package, based on the magnetic effect of the current, the proportional magnetic field generated around the measured wire is induced by the magnetic sensor of the built-in chip, and then converted into a processable proportional voltage signal. The voltage signal is read and amplified by the built-in high-precision ADC, and the loops such as temperature, noise, hysteresis and nonlinearity are removed with digital calibration technology Environment variable, the final output and measured current value into an ideal ratio of the voltage value, to achieve isolated current measurement. Sc840 adopts automatic production and processing, which can bring incomparable consistency, high quality and high reliability to customers.
