SC783 is a member of Xinggan micro fully integrated current sensor product line. It is the industry's first fully integrated current detection module with fully automatic plastic packaging assembly, and the industry's first fully autonomous and controllable open-loop Hall current sensor module developed from chip design to module assembly process. This product achieves a current conductor impedance as low as 0.08mΩ in the semiconductor plastic packaging process, which makes it applicable to power systems requiring continuous measurement up to 200A.
The sensor integrates a low impedance primary conductor, a low hysteresis core and a self-developed linear Hall IC. The SC783 series of Xinggan micro is an isolated current detection chip based on the open-loop Hall sensor detection principle. The current wire at the high voltage side is introduced into the package body. Based on the magnetic effect of current, the equivalent magnetic field generated around the measured wire is polymerized by the magnetic core. After being induced by the magnetic sensor with the built-in chip, it is converted into a processable equivalent voltage signal. The voltage signal is read and amplified by the built-in high-precision ADC, and combined with the digital calibration technology, such as temperature, noise and hysteresis are removed Finally, the voltage value which is close to the ideal ratio of the measured current value is output to realize the isolated current measurement.
